Awwww Amy this is so lovely! So romantic. I love the stories of people who marry their first love. There's nothing quite like it and it fascinates me and gives me hope 💕
When we did this exercise I wrote about my first “boyfriend” at junior school. The not knowing if he liked me, the fact it was actually how he made me laugh which I loved the most, the butterflies I used to get from going to lunch together. I loved the twist at the end of yours that you’re still together, such a lovely ending too.

Spoilers all the way through this. Do you think I should have kept that bit secret?
Not at all! It adds to the romance. x
It's a beautiful thing.
Merci. More? Ava wants to know what happened that night.
So do I! And Ava will tell that story to her kids one day - re-telling these stories is how we keep them alive.
What a perfectly told love story ❤️
Thank you. This makes my heart sing.
Love this so much ❤️❤️❤️
Thanks so much. Did you have similar experiences?

That's really kind. Yeah, it's all about the butterflies.
It was lovely to read Amy! Well written
Thank you. I hope to continue the story.
This is so wonderful to read! I think it encapsulates the feelings perfectly and just such a beautiful story!
Thanks so much. I think a lot of it is universal but maybe the snacks and the music is very 1999.
